Background
COVID-19 brought challenges to morale, requiring innovative initiatives to uplift and encourage staff.
Methods
Launched a mega “Sunshine Box” to staff, EDMs with Sunshine branding, and organized donation drives.
Results
Sent 66+ e-posters; uplifted staff morale through gifts and acts of kindness; significant staff engagement.
Conclusion
Kindness campaigns fostered morale and team spirit, symbolizing hope and gratitude during COVID-19.
Lessons Learnt
Spontaneous staff responses showed the importance of appreciation initiatives in challenging times.
