Patients often arrived at the wrong dispensing counter despite counter numbers being displayed.
Methods
Conducted pre-surveys, implemented visual changes to counter displays, and reviewed results through post-surveys.
Results
Increased accuracy from 98% to 99% of patients locating the correct counter.
Conclusion
Visual enhancements improved efficiency, with opportunities for further refinement in dynamic environments.
Lessons Learnt
Eye-level counter numbering in bright colors is preferred and more effective.
