Identified key predictors: caregiving support, hours of sleep, SF-12 mental component, and comorbidity index; caregiving support reduces burden.
Conclusion
Targeted interventions for caregivers can alleviate burden and improve mental health outcomes.
Lessons Learnt
Support systems and respite care significantly improve caregiver outcomes and quality of care.
