Improve the percentage of spinal cord injured patients mobilized out of bed for leisure activities to 70%.
Background
Spinal cord injury patients were spending excessive time in bed, increasing the risk of complications like muscle wasting and functional decline.

Results
Increased mobilization from 51% to 98%, improving patient functionality and reducing hospital complications.
Conclusion
The MOOB program improved patient mobility and has been expanded to other pre-op wards in Woodlands Health.
Lessons Learnt
Multidisciplinary teamwork and consistent training were key to the success of the program.
Additional Information
