Increasing test load by 5% annually made the existing setup unsustainable.
Methods
Implemented Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), automated processes, and new technologies.
Results
Expanded on-site test repertoire from 30% to 95%, reduced errors, improved turnaround time, and upskilled staff.
