Methods
Developed an IT tool on JurongHealth EMR to identify stable patients for alternate day reviews.
Results
Saved 42 minutes per day per pharmacist; workload optimized, improving workflow efficiency.
Conclusion
IT tools identified stable patients for alternate-day reviews, improving efficiency and productivity.
Lessons Learnt
IT tools can effectively reduce repetitive tasks, allowing pharmacists to focus on patient care.
