Introduced a Cart Washer Disinfector to automate the cleaning process for hospital items like trolleys and chairs.
Results
Reduced man-hours by 13% (from 191 to 166 hours/day); achieved estimated annual savings of $162,000.
Conclusion
The cart washer significantly reduced man-hours, improved cleaning standards, and boosted staff morale.
