To reduce consultation time for travel health and vaccination consults at NUH THVC from 65 min to <48 min.

Post-COVID travel increases demands on travel clinics; consultations require detailed risk assessments.
Methods
Introduced AI chatbot for pre-consult travel info collection, tutorials for ID residents, and patient info sheets.
Results
Reduced median consultation time from 65 min to 45 min (>25% improvement).
Conclusion
Combining AI tools and resident training successfully optimized travel health consultation processes.
Lessons Learnt
AI chatbots and structured workflows significantly improve efficiency and reduce clinician workload.
