Results
46% decrease in requests for printed bills, 50% monthly growth in eBill webpage views, $221,816 annual savings, no PDPA breaches.
Conclusion
Paperless billing was effective, saving costs and improving workflows. Sustainability ensured via patient education and monitoring.
Lessons Learnt
Addressed barriers via customer engagement, tech alternatives, and multi-channel marketing for adoption.
