Background
The previous manual check-in and check-out processes were inefficient and led to long wait times and a poor patient experience.
Methods
Implemented digital kiosks for patient self-check-in, streamlined registration, and integrated systems for payments and insurance processing.
Results
Reduced wait times, eliminated manual registration errors, and improved the overall patient experience.
Conclusion
The new system increased efficiency, saved time, and improved patient satisfaction. It is planned to scale across other clinics.
Lessons Learnt
Key challenges included ensuring smooth technology adoption and maintaining kiosk uptime.
