Aims
Streamline training vendor evaluation processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and continuity during COVID-19.
Background
The existing vendor evaluation process was time-consuming, and the pandemic disrupted face-to-face training.
Methods
Introduced standardized templates, vendor presentations, and legal agreements to expedite processes.
Results
155 man-hours saved, 69 vendor evaluations completed, and 61% conversion of F2F training to virtual platforms.
Conclusion
Efficient vendor evaluation ensures smooth training continuity and enhances vendor partnerships.
Lessons Learnt
Streamlined processes maintain quality training services and governance while saving time.
