Methods
Implemented GRV protocol with structured guidelines, stakeholder training, and regular audits for compliance.
Results
Achieved 100% compliance audit results and eliminated unnecessary referrals, saving $93,545 annually in costs.
Conclusion
GRV protocol enhanced patient comfort and safety while saving resources; expanded across NHCS and SGH.
Lessons Learnt
