Aims
Streamline safety training registration for SingHealth researchers using the online LMS course catalogue.
Background
Manual course registration processes were inefficient and time-consuming, requiring extensive email communication.
Methods
Published training courses on an online catalogue, implemented a training matrix, and streamlined the registration workflow.
Results
858 emails saved annually; 80 man-hours saved; maintained high learner satisfaction (90%+ satisfaction scores).
Conclusion
Publishing courses online reduced manual effort and improved the efficiency of safety training management.
Lessons Learnt
Learner-managed processes and automation enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
