Promote self-care and reduce burnout through iTHRIVE programme using art and mindfulness.

Collaborative effort to support staff resilience and joy at work amidst pandemic challenges.
Methods
Introduced iTHRIVE Mindful Hour and ARTpreciate, incorporating self-care practices and art appreciation.
Results
109 Mindful Hour sessions, 36 ARTpreciate sessions, 4 webinars reached 2,694 participants overall.
Conclusion
Programme continues to evolve to support psychological well-being and better staff-patient interactions.
Lessons Learnt
Collaborative and organic approaches helped create meaningful engagement and positive feedback.
