Results
Increased chatbot adoption from 25% to 80%; improved understanding of public health measures among workers.

Enhanced engagement with foreign workers eased anxiety and strengthened support during the pandemic.
Lessons Learnt
Cultural sensitivity and use of local languages are critical for public health outreach in diverse communities.
