Methods
Survey conducted with 1,152 nurses; tech-savvy vs less-savvy categorization; UTAUT framework used for analysis.
Results
Minimal difference in attitudes between tech-savvy and less-savvy nurses; familiarity allayed initial tech anxieties.
Conclusion
Nurses generally embrace EMR systems regardless of technological savviness. Digital inclusion fosters effective adoption.
Lessons Learnt
Universal positivity towards tech adoption limits the need for differentiated strategies based on tech-savviness.
