Developed for post-op patients to reduce infection risks and improve mobilization.
Methods
PDSA cycles for product refinement, staff training, awareness programs, and KPI monitoring.
Results
47% increase in post-op mobilization on POD1, 75% time saving for staff, and 0 attachment dislodgements.
