Improved clinical outcomes with a sustained increase in Clinical Quality Index (CQI) by 11%; decreased mean costs by 11.5%.
Conclusion
The TKR VDO project demonstrated that value-based care improves outcomes and cost efficiency in healthcare delivery.
Lessons Learnt
Strong leadership, multidisciplinary support, and standardized processes are crucial for sustaining value-driven care.
