Methods
Developed a checklist for the admission process, trained staff on its use, and established audit teams for ongoing evaluation.
Results
Achieved 100% compliance in completing admission documentation and significantly improved resident care and safety.
Conclusion
The project successfully improved documentation practices, and the model was scaled to Surya Home, where it was also adopted.
Lessons Learnt
Training, retraining, and clear communication about expectations were vital for the program's success.
