Methods
Implemented solutions through two Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles: electronic signature adoption, workflow optimization, and software enhancements.
Results
Reduced sorting time by 78% to under two hours daily; increased sorting accuracy to 98.3%.
Conclusion
Streamlined processes improved efficiency and ensured sustainability, allowing resource reallocation.
