Revised the SMF workflow to reduce steps, clarify responsibilities, and eliminate unnecessary handovers.

100% claims accuracy achieved; saved 122.33 hours per quarter for staff across departments.
Conclusion
Workflow improvements increased productivity, accuracy, and time savings.
Lessons Learnt
