Methods
Conducted Rapid Improvement Event (RIE); applied Lean tools like Value Stream Mapping and PICK Chart for workflow optimization.
Results
Man-hour savings of 5% (87 hours/day from 92 hours/day); $256,856 annual cost savings; reduced staff headcount by 5.
Conclusion
Streamlined workflows enable sustainable efficiency and resource management in TSSU operations.
Lessons Learnt
Role redesign, Lean principles, and automating tasks enhance efficiency and reduce costs sustainably.
