To develop a replicable telemedicine model for same-day video consultations and medication delivery to improve access to care.

Background

Limited avenues for patient-initiated telemedicine during the COVID-19 pandemic revealed gaps in accessibility.

Methods

Developed workflows for on-demand video consultations, enhanced IT platforms, and introduced same-day medication delivery services.

Results

Achieved 82% utilization rates and 94% patient satisfaction; 95% of patients found VC more convenient than in-person visits.

Conclusion

The pilot highlighted telemedicine's potential to transform care delivery, achieving cost-effectiveness and scalability.

Lessons Learnt

Regular feedback and iterative improvements enhance telehealth services; technical and operational support is crucial.
