Background
COVID-19 prevented physical staff bonding activities, requiring virtual solutions to promote team unity and wellness.
Methods
Launched virtual programs including Amazing Race, Zoom lunch activities, photo competitions, and virtual passports with e-stamps.
Results
Over 1,000 gift sets distributed; 230 staff photos submitted; 11 activities with >200 participants.
Conclusion
Virtual initiatives effectively promoted wellness and appreciation, scalable for future staff engagement programs.
Lessons Learnt
Virtual formats, creative engagement ideas, and strong leadership ensured participation and team bonding success.
