Aims
To provide a secure and convenient platform for patients to submit financial documents online.
Background
Manual submission of documents caused inconvenience for patients, especially those overseas.
Methods
Developed a digital MCAF form using FormSG, tested platform, sought MOH approval, and implemented "SKH Submit!" for document submission.
Results
Usage of "SKH Submit!" increased from 25 to 665 clicks in Q4 2022. Reduced patient hassle and increased trust with secure data handling.
Conclusion
Simplified document submission process improved satisfaction and set a foundation for future digital enhancements.
Lessons Learnt
Secure and user-friendly platforms encourage digital adoption; continuous improvements optimize the process.
