Aims
To shift SKH from paper bills to eBills to promote eco-friendliness, sustainability, and efficiency.
Background
Aligned with national digitalization goals, SKH aimed to reduce paper usage, improve efficiency, and reduce risks associated with hardcopy bills.
Methods
Leveraged systems (OMS-500), segregated invoices, performed testing, and implemented eBills via Health Buddy.
Results
Reduced bill printing volume by 93.45%, saving $22,627 annually. Productivity increased with 390 man-hours saved. Mobile Pay transactions increased by 24%.
Conclusion
eBill reduced paper waste, improved workflows, and promoted sustainability. Expansion to more departments is planned.
Lessons Learnt
Regular feedback and iterative solutions are key to optimizing digital transformation. Ensuring inclusivity for non-residents is essential.
