Background
Inconsistent communication from management platforms created challenges for timely information sharing and feedback collection.
Methods
Developed "SGH Team Connect," a monthly concise 2-page document and supplementary slides for face-to-face communication.
Results
Increased awareness of hospital developments and key discussion topics, with 67% of staff finding the tool useful.
Conclusion
The tool strengthened organizational communication and collective involvement within SGH.
Lessons Learnt
Clear communication frameworks encourage two-way dialogue and improve staff engagement.
