Aims
To design and implement a sustainable mentoring programme for SGH workforce.
Background
SGH's large multidisciplinary workforce had diverse mentoring needs across divisions and generations.
Methods
Developed and executed the 3E approach (Engage, Enliven, Enrich) using roadshows, virtual workshops, and networking.
Results
Increased mentoring programme members from 330 to 1000 within one year. Achieved 98% positive satisfaction ratings from mentees.
Conclusion
The 3E approach has proven to be a scalable, impactful mentoring model adaptable across institutions.
Lessons Learnt
Flexible, virtual solutions are critical for effective mentoring in dynamic, high-stress environments.
