Aims
To empower the workforce with automation capabilities and foster a sustainable RPA (Robotics Process Automation) ecosystem within SGH (Singapore General Hospital).
Background
SGH rolled out a 3-part RPA training programme in FY22 with in-house trainers and customized content tailored to the public healthcare IT ecosystem, open to all SGH staff at no cost.
Methods
The programme includes blended learning with flexible e-learning hours, face-to-face workshops, and ongoing consultations. It emphasizes collaborative learning and a customized curriculum with practical applications.
Results
The programme has been consistently oversubscribed and well-received, leading to an increase in automations developed by citizen developers.
