Determine the accuracy of the SGH Stroke Dysphagia Screener. 2. Preliminarily investigate the outcomes of cases that deviated from the Screener pathway.

Lessons Learnt

The sensitivity and specificity of SGH stroke dysphagia screener are comparable to other validated stroke dysphagia screeners. Cases that deviate from the screener pathway should be further studied to balance between patient safety and quality of life.
