Aims
To support national COVID-19 vaccination efforts by catering to healthcare staff and high-risk patients.
Background
SGH was tasked to support the national COVID-19 vaccination drive with a specialized clinic setup.
Methods
Collaborated across departments to set up a vaccination clinic in 10 days, with infrastructure modifications and IT integration.
Results
Provided 28,028 vaccinations, achieving a daily capacity of 520 vaccinations; created a seamless patient journey.
Conclusion
The clinic successfully supported Singapore's vaccination efforts while ensuring patient and staff safety.
Lessons Learnt
Multi-department collaboration and stakeholder engagement are key for rapid and effective clinic setup.
