Manual processes caused delays in lighting adjustments, resulting in energy wastage.
Methods
Installed photo control sensors and automated lighting control integrated with BMS.
Results
Achieved 830 kWh savings, reduced CO₂ emissions by 84 kg, and saved $201 monthly.
Conclusion
Automation of lighting control is an effective solution to save energy and reduce costs.
Lessons Learnt
Utilizing external natural light and advanced sensors significantly improved energy efficiency.
