Aims
Correct misconceptions about public healthcare and empower financial advisors (FAs) to provide accurate guidance on admission, billing, and claims.
Background
Public healthcare was perceived as complicated, with long wait times and suboptimal services.
Methods
Conducted 81 sharing sessions with FAs, covering public healthcare navigation and key points of contact.
Results
Educated 2,290 FAs across 79 agencies; feedback led to process improvements in healthcare administration.
Conclusion
Engaging FAs as partners bridged gaps between healthcare providers and the public.
Lessons Learnt
Transparent communication with stakeholders leads to better public engagement and improved healthcare processes.
