Background
Staff well-being and collaboration needed enhancement, especially in hybrid work arrangements.
Methods
Developed a multi-functional room with co-working features, mobile furniture, brainstorming walls, and surveys for user feedback.
Results
Utilization rate reached 84% within 5 months; 88% of respondents felt the space improved team bonding and satisfaction.
Conclusion
Rejuvenate @ HQ demonstrated the effectiveness of thoughtful workplace design in fostering engagement and joy.
Lessons Learnt
Innovative spaces positively impact staff well-being and promote a culture of collaboration and joy at work.
