Aims
Improve training efficiency and HR productivity for e-Performance Appraisal (ePA) system.
Background
Low training attendance and overwhelming HR inquiries during performance appraisal seasons necessitated an alternative approach.
Methods
Created 9 bite-sized, on-demand training videos hosted on a secure platform accessible 24/7.
Results
Trained 1,256 employees with a 74% improvement in training efficiency, reducing HR training hours from 18 to 1.
Conclusion
The initiative enhanced user support and allowed self-paced learning, meeting diverse employee needs.
Lessons Learnt
Bite-sized, accessible resources improve engagement and reduce operational strain on HR.
