Aims

Background
Staff were frequently called back during off-hours, causing burnout, decreased satisfaction, and violations of regulations.
Methods
Revised workflows, implemented Intercept Foam Spray for scopes, optimized team coordination, and developed E-listing criteria.
Results
Call back hours reduced to 104 hours/month; call back episodes ≥12 hours eliminated. Staff satisfaction improved significantly.
Conclusion
Revised workflows successfully reduced burnout and optimized call back hours.
Lessons Learnt
Systematic changes, teamwork, and proper coordination reduce call back stress and improve efficiency.
