Reduced TKA ALOS from 4.6 to 2.9 days, achieving savings of $530,403 annually. UKA maintained at 2.5 days.

Lessons Learnt
Collaborative counseling and standardization of physiotherapy protocols are critical to achieving ALOS improvements.
