Frailty is expected to increase significantly in an aging Singaporean population. Community-based frailty care is critical.
Methods
Purposive sampling, in-depth interviews, and thematic analysis
Results
Highlighted enablers and constraints for GSH. Participants appreciated convenience but faced challenges in long-term physical activity adherence.
Conclusion
Sustaining and scaling the GSH programme aligns with national efforts to support older adults with frailty.
Lessons Learnt
Improving public education and incorporating social elements into frailty management interventions are necessary.
