Methods
Conducted virtual activities like Bingo, Pictionary, quizzes, and reminiscence work on Zoom.
Results
Engaged 655 patients, conducted 2,710 activity sessions, and achieved high satisfaction rates among participants.
Conclusion
Virtual activities help maintain patient social health, offering a model for integrating technology in care.
Lessons Learnt
Adopting virtual platforms ensures continuity of patient engagement during physical restrictions.
