Aims
Promote Healthier SG through My Care Team (MCT) using innovative marketing personas.
Background
Healthier SG focuses on shifting care from reactive to preventive. SHP introduced MCT for patient health goals.
Methods
Created personas for Doctors, Care Managers, and Health Pals. Produced patient videos, strategic wall murals, brochures, tokens, and online campaigns. Collected feedback via focus groups.
Results
Improved staff-patient rapport and engagement. Marketing personas boosted understanding of team roles. Videos, murals, and tokens increased patient interest and awareness.
Conclusion
Successfully used creative marketing to promote Healthier SG, fostering teamwork and improving patient outcomes.
Lessons Learnt
Engaging personas and innovative marketing strategies improve care team differentiation and patient engagement.
