Results
Patient knowledge improved by 90%, with education time reduced by 83.3% (22.1 to 3.7 minutes).
Conclusion
I-COPE improved patient experience, knowledge, and self-care significantly, reducing staff workload.
Lessons Learnt
Standardized guides and staff training significantly enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
