Background
Focused on improving person-centered design by gathering user feedback on renovated facilities.
Methods
Surveys conducted for Clinical and Office projects. Factors considered: Place, People, and Maintenance.
Results
10 of 11 criteria achieved ratings of 80%+, except Environmental Quality (60%). Feedback included issues with mould and odor.
Conclusion
POEs are a useful tool for evaluating design, space utilization, and system maintainability.
Lessons Learnt
Collaboration on feedback improves facility usability and maintainability, enhancing user satisfaction.

Implemented POEs for selected projects to ensure continuous improvement.
