Aims
To spread awareness of auriculotherapy and its health benefits to the community and let the public experience its potential health benefits.
Background
Auriculotherapy is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) technique that uses vaccaria seeds to stimulate specific points of the ear to regulate the body's internal systems to promote well-being. It is rooted in the theory of the ear being a microsystem of the entire body.
Methods
The initiative involves offering auriculotherapy services in clinics and educating the public about the TCM ear microsystem and the location of points in the ear corresponding to important organs and body functions.
Results
The initiative aims to increase the popularity and awareness of auriculotherapy as a non-invasive, needle-less, and pain-free alternative to conventional acupuncture.
Conclusion
Auriculotherapy offers a promising alternative to conventional acupuncture with its ease of use and non-invasive nature.
