Aims
Provide a centralized platform to optimize caregiver engagement efforts.
Background
Caregiver resources were not fully utilized, and communication relied on conventional methods like phone calls and letters, leading to missed updates.
Methods
Adopted Preschool Management System (PSMS) to streamline communication, learning, and health. Implemented workflow creation, data migration, and phased training for caregivers and staff.
Results
97% satisfaction rate among caregivers using PSMS. Improved engagement and streamlined communication for over 100 caregivers.
Conclusion
Centralized systems improve caregiver engagement and can be scaled to other SPD programs with minor adjustments.
Lessons Learnt
Gradual implementation and active caregiver/staff involvement in planning are critical to adoption success.
