Aims
To reduce administrative work and time spent in handling petty cash for reimbursement within 3 months.
Background
Cash reimbursement was time-consuming and labor-intensive. PAYNOW aligned with national digital payment directives.
Methods
QI workgroup formation, workflow establishment, pilot, revised processes, and new WI implementation.
Results
Time reduced by 74.6% (CRCs) and 69.2% (Finance staff). Cash handling eliminated, reducing errors and risks.
Conclusion
Successful PAYNOW implementation reduced time, improved efficiency, and ensured cashless compliance. Expand to other research areas.
Lessons Learnt
Digital payments enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and align with national initiatives. Feedback is crucial.
