Methods
Standardized work processes using eMOS lists (electronic and hardcopy), training, and audits.
Results
Accuracy improved from 56% to 89%; work process compliance increased from 20% to 73%.
Conclusion
Improved serving accuracy and compliance enhanced efficiency, saving time and improving patient experience.
Lessons Learnt
Standardized workflows, training, and reinforcement ensure sustainable improvements.
