Developed a revised results acknowledgment workflow, combined training, audits, and targeted interventions for stakeholders.
Results
Reduced unacknowledged results from 31% to 0.556% within 6 months; sustained low rates across consecutive months.
Conclusion
The revamped workflow significantly improved efficiency, safety, and data accuracy; scalable for other departments.
Lessons Learnt
Stakeholder engagement, continuous training, and regular monitoring are key to sustaining improvements.
