Aims
To improve resource allocation and ensure patient safety within 3 months.
Background
Increasing demands for Cardiac Rehab and Diabetes Exercise classes posed challenges in resource allocation.
Methods
Relocated specific PT services to Tower C and added group classes for better resource optimization.
Results
Improved resource usage, added Sports ACL Class and Back Class, with positive feedback on environment and safety.
Conclusion
Optimized allocation maximized resources while meeting patient safety and care standards.
Lessons Learnt
Constant review of resource demands ensures patient safety and maximizes resource utilization.
