Background
Traditional service counters and static service delivery were cumbersome and outdated for healthcare needs.
Methods
Developed in collaboration with IHiS, launched the OneNUHS mobile app in two phases with MVP enhancements.
Results
Exceeded >176,000 downloads, achieving high user satisfaction; reduced in-person visits with teleconsultation services.
Conclusion
OneNUHS app serves as a digital front door for NUHS, transforming care delivery with a patient-centric approach.
Lessons Learnt
Strong stakeholder engagement, Agile methodology, and iterative feedback processes ensure successful implementation.
