Methods
Customized DSOT layout, pre-packed consumables, and streamlined workflows.
Results
Reduced patient journey duration by 41%–46%; 0 complaints from patients.
Conclusion
Scalable for wider adoption across other disciplines and new IGH facilities.
Lessons Learnt
